We discuss your requirements, agree our appointment in writing and complete our client onboarding checks. This includes verifying your identity and address; we will explain which documents are needed privately.

Our acquisition advice does not constitute a valuation for lending or insurance purposes. If you need a formal valuation, this should be arranged separately with an appropriate professional.

Airport pick-up and transport are charged separately, with fees calculated for each journey and confirmed before booking.
