This policy explains cookies and similar storage used on the Goldman & Co website and how to control optional services.
Use Reject optional, Accept all or Manage choices on our cookie banner. Optional choices start switched off. You can reopen Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and change your preferences at any time.
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing property information or sending an enquiry. Some embedded services remain paused until you allow external media.
We use the first-party cookie goldman_cookie_consent to remember your analytics and external-media choices, the preference version and the date of your choice. It expires after 180 days unless you change or delete it. It is not used to advertise to you.
WordPress and security features may also use cookies needed for administrator sign-in and requested website functions. Administrator authentication cookies are separate from general visitor browsing.
When analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose to allow Analytics cookies. It helps us understand visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate visitor countries and device types so we can improve the website. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or making an enquiry.
Google Analytics may set first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Our consent-based setup configures these cookies to expire after up to 180 days, with expiry renewed by later permitted visits. We review aggregate reports and do not intentionally send names, email addresses or contact-form contents to Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this setup. Technical information is processed by Google as explained in its privacy policy; see also our Privacy policy for information about service providers and international transfers.
You can withdraw analytics permission through Cookie settings at any time. If we materially change our use of analytics, we ask you to review your choices again.
Our pages may include Instagram posts, Google Maps and Bamboo Auctions listings. We hold external embedded frames and the identified Instagram and Bamboo scripts until you allow External media. When you enable them, the provider receives your connection information and may use its own cookies or similar technologies.
The homepage background film and static images are media files, rather than interactive social embeds. Some media and fonts are delivered by external providers, which receive the network request needed to deliver those files.
You can review the providers’ information at Instagram Privacy Policy, Google cookie information and the privacy information available on the online auction service.
Open Cookie settings, switch off the optional categories and select Save choices, or select Reject optional. When a previously allowed category is disabled, the page reloads to stop the optional content from loading again.
We also attempt to remove recognised first-party Google analytics and Meta tracking cookies when analytics permission is withdrawn. Our site cannot delete cookies belonging to another provider’s domain. You can remove those through your browser’s privacy settings.
If you delete our preference cookie, change browser or use another device, you will be asked to choose again. With JavaScript disabled, optional embedded content remains paused.
For questions, email info@goldmanandco.co.uk. See our Privacy Policy for information about enquiries and personal data.
We use necessary cookies to keep the site working and remember your choices. Optional cookies support analytics and external content such as maps, Instagram and auction listings. Choose what you allow.
