Our client required a London residence but was managing the process from overseas.

The brief therefore extended beyond acquisition. Goldman & Co was asked to coordinate the complete journey — identifying the property, negotiating its purchase and then transforming it into a finished home.

We assessed properties not only for their existing condition, but for what each could become.

Location, proportions, potential and the client's longer-term requirements informed the search before we secured the chosen residence and coordinated the purchase.

The design developed from the client's individual requirements rather than a predetermined aesthetic.

Planning, finishes, materials and detailing were brought together to create interiors that feel considered, contemporary and personal.

Goldman & Co maintained oversight throughout the construction and finishing process, coordinating the different disciplines required to turn the original property into the completed residence.

For our overseas client, this provided continuity and accountability without the need to manage multiple parties independently.
