A few useful answers.
Is Zero Deposit free?
No. It is a paid alternative to a cash deposit. Initial, setup and annual fees apply. The provider’s quote confirms the amount and payment schedule.
Will I get the fees back?
The fees are not returned at the end of the tenancy. Any refund during the cooling-off period depends on the Guarantee’s cancellation terms.
Does the Guarantee pay my rent or damage charges for me?
You remain liable for sums properly due under your tenancy. If the provider pays an eligible landlord claim, it can seek reimbursement from you. The Guarantee protects the landlord; it does not remove your responsibilities.
What is Deposit+?
Deposit+ is the provider’s wider arrangement, which can include additional landlord protection when a tenant chooses a cash deposit. Its availability and conditions must be confirmed for the individual tenancy. It is separate from a rent-guarantor service.

هل Zero Deposit مجاني؟
لا. إنه بديل مدفوع للوديعة النقدية. تُطبق دفعة أولية ورسوم إعداد ورسوم سنوية، ويحدد عرض مقدم الخدمة المبالغ وجدول السداد.
هل سأسترد الرسوم؟
لا تُرد الرسوم عند انتهاء الإيجار. وأي استرداد خلال فترة العدول يخضع لشروط إلغاء الضمان.
هل يسدد الضمان الإيجار أو تكاليف الأضرار نيابة عني؟
تظل مسؤولاً عن المبالغ المستحقة بصورة صحيحة بموجب عقد إيجارك. وإذا سدد مقدم الخدمة مطالبة مشمولة للمالك، فقد يطالبك برد المبلغ. فالضمان يحمي المالك ولا يلغي مسؤولياتك.
